By signing up for the Third Place waitlist, you agree to these terms. They are short and written in plain language.

The service

Third Place is a café discovery platform. During the beta period, access is by invitation. We reserve the right to change, pause, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

Acceptable use

Do not use Third Place to spam, scrape, or harass other users or café owners. Content you submit (reviews, photos) must be your own and must not infringe on third-party rights.

Limitation of liability

Third Place is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
