What this site is
This is the pre-launch waitlist site for Third Place, a product of MAK Software Solutions. By joining the waitlist you are expressing interest in the product — you are not purchasing anything, entering a contract for services, or guaranteed early access or any specific launch date.
Waitlist terms
By submitting your email you confirm that you own the email address and consent to receiving confirmation and update emails from Third Place.
We reserve the right to remove any address from the waitlist at our discretion, including addresses we believe were submitted fraudulently or by automated means.
Being on the waitlist does not guarantee early access, a specific price, or any feature described on this site. Product details may change before launch.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Unsubscribing removes you from the waitlist.
Acceptable use
You may not use this site to submit false or third-party email addresses, run automated submissions, attempt to circumvent rate limits or spam filters, or interfere with the site's operation. We reserve the right to block any IP address or device we believe is acting in bad faith.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — copy, design, images, and the “Third Place” name and mark — is owned by MAK Software Solutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided “as is.” MAK Software Solutions makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
